Statement
The Quality Policy of Claridge One-Stop Engineering
is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing customers with products
that fully conform with
their requirements. To demonstrate its commitment to Quality, the Company
is accredited to BS EN ISO 9001
: 2000 standards and operates an efficient and effective
Quality Management System.
The Company
Quality Manual and supporting Quality Procedures Manual describe
how the Company intends to comply with customers' Quality requirements
by the application of uniform and consistent controls at all
stages in the design, manufacture and supply of products. A
key aim of the Quality Management System is to prevent non-conformities
by identifying and eliminating the conditions and circumstances
that could cause products not to be in accordance with specified
requirements.
In pursuance
of its policy of continual improvement, Quality Objectives
are identified and monitored to ensure the effectiveness of
the Quality Management System. Whilst the Directors are responsible
for the Quality Management System, all employees have a key
role to play in the achievement of Quality and their input
into any Quality matter is encouraged.

9001 : 2000
Integral to our mission objective is our adherance to the strict quality management
guidlines as detailed under the scope of our
ISO
9001:2000
accreditation. The ISO 9001:2000 documentation details systems and procedures
to follow in relation to our business operations both at a day to day level as
well as for unexpected situations including machine failure, health & safety
and IT disaster recovery.
Environmental
Statement
Our environmental objectives are to address and reduce our impact on the environment.
Primarily this involves effective management of our solid waste, all of which
is recycled, as well as addressing new legislative requirements as they arise
such as the WEEE & RoHS regulations which bans the use of certain compounds such
as lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium in parts bound for a range
of
products including electrical, electronic and automotive items. |
