Presswork / Stampings
We have a wide range of presses giving us the flexibility for automatic coil feeding of material, using progression tooling with the capability to run high volume components without second operation making the parts highly cost effective. We also have the facility of running lower volume parts using compound & single op tooling.
FREE Tooling Adaptation
We offer free tooling adaptation for clients when required and we will collect tooling from any mainland UK location if required.
Deep Drawing
We produce deep drawn presswork in Mild Steel, Copper, and Brass. We also offer a range of secondary operations including assembly, fabrication, and finishing.
Springs & Wireforms
We manufacture coil springs and flat springs in a range of materials. Our spring department is set up to produce precision quality springs in medium volume working to exacting tolerances.
Our capacity includes wire forming machines, high speed compression spring coilers and in house heat treatment facilities. We can also offer a wireform service producing parts for the automotive trade such as sun visor arms and clips. Again, working various ferrous and non- ferrous materials.

Welded Fabrications
We undertake welded fabrication of pressed parts and those formed through other processes, box sections, tube, bar & flat bar as well as free issue material. All welded fabrication can be finished to specification as part of the service & delivered to site. Our facilities include dedicated Mig welding bays, as well as facilities for fine limit work using Mig, Tig and spot welding on such materials as aluminium and stainless steel.
Powder Coating
Our in-house powder coating department can finish parts in polyester or epoxy finishes in any RAL colour specified. A range of textured finishes including matt through to gloss and non-slip are available.
Scope & Materials
Our sheet metal work includes fabrications, precision sheet metal fabrication, folding and shearing. Sheetmetal work can be undertaken in most materials including aluminium, mild steel, and stainless steel.
Sub - Assemblies
Services such as prefabricated sub-assembly which can be supplied track-side can be undertaken on site for both short term low volume work as well as long-term high-volume production and incorporated into a Kanban or JIT system.
We offer services from component assembly, welding, bonding, special packaging, pop riveting, and orbital riveting through to bespoke jig-based assembly for complex parts such as springs, electrical & mechanical units and bearings.
Contract Manufacturing
We offer contract manufacturing services using manual & automated assembly processes. Contract engineering services are often integrated into a customer’s supply chain offering predictable and reliable supplies at short notice. Benefits include reduced lead time, cost savings and freeing up of your own resources.

POINT OF SALE RACKING
We manufacture bespoke point of sale display stands and racking. Developing your drawing into beautiful finished stands to display your products. Stands can be finished in various colours with our in-house powder coating.
ENGINEERING
We provide a complete service from prototype to tooling and scaled production using our full range of plant and equipment. We can stock hold products for clients saving them space and time managing their inventories.
