For the benefit of our customers we undertake in-house powder coating offering polyester and epoxy finishes in any colour to customer specification. We operate a 3m x 3m spray booth with a 5m mains gas Maywick conveyor oven and vapour degreasing tanks.

Polyester
Powder Coating
We offer polyester powder coating in all colours, thicknesses
and textures to customer specification. Polyester coatings possess high resistance
to weathering & elevated temperatures and are suited to both indoor
and outdoor use . All polyester powder coatings
are applied over a pretreated surface
which ensures a tough and flexible finish resistant to cracking and flaking.
Polyester powder coatings are generally applied in thicknesses of 50-100µm.

An Epoxy powder coating is designed for indoor applications subject to enhanced
chemical corrosion resistance such as in factory and process environments where
solvents, oils, acids and other aggressive componds are used. Epoxy
powder coatings provide a high performance finish with good chemical resistance
and colour stability. Epoxy coatings are generally applied in thicknesses
of
30-70µm.
Textures
& Gloss Levels
We can offer a range of textured finishes including matt through to gloss
and
non-slip.

or faxed and are happy to coat a sample of your product for approval. We
